Wilhelmina Lewellen was a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. She represented the 34th District from 2005 to 2011 and served as Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore during her final term.

Lewellen is a business owner and retired educator. She is a member of the Task Force for the Study of the Homeless. [1]
