William P. Canfield (b. September 28, 1952) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Rutland-3. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.


Canfield received his diploma from Fair Haven High School in 1970.

Canfield was the owner/proprietor of Hair Haven from 1976 to 2008. He has also served as a Justice of the Peace.

He has also served as a Town Moderator for the Town of Fair Haven.

Canfield won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Rutland 3. Canfield was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
