William Devlin is the Republican Speaker of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 23. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010. Devlin is currently the Speaker of the House.

Devlin served in the House from 1997 to 2005.

Biography

Devlin attended Mayville State College. He is a newspaper publisher. Devlin previously worked as Director of Nodak Mutual Insurance Company. He has served as a Steele County Commissioner.[1]

Devlin won election to the North Dakota House of Representatives in the November 2 general election. Devlin and incumbent Don Vigesaa (R) defeated incumbent Ben Vig (D) and Erich Steven Longie.[2]
