William Frank (b. February 4, 1960) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 42 since 2002 and currently serves as Chief Deputy Minority Whip.

Frank is a Development and Marketing Consultant with the Archdiocese of Baltimore. He has previously worked as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager of the Public Affairs Division of Allfirst Bank, and Vice President of Marketing with the Maryland Credit Union League.

Frank is a member of the Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, and the Taxpayers Protection Caucus.[1]
