William Greene, Jr. (b. April 24, 1940) was a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He represented the Twenty-Second Middlesex from 1993-2011.

Greene served as Moderator of the town of Billerica from 1985-1993.

He is a member of the Billerica Town Meeting, Billerica Friends of Music, Billerica Historical Society, Biilerica Irish American Club, Billerica Plan, Elks, and the Knights of Columbus.[1]
