William Manlove was a Democratic candidate for District 36 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Manlove ran unopposed the September 14 primary. He lost to incumbent Republican Michael Smigiel, Sr. in the general election.[1]
