in 2010. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Alaska Libertarian Party since 1993, was a candidate for Governor of Alaska in 2002 and 2006, and a candidate for District 16 in the Alaska House of Representatives
Toien works as a Start-Up Chief Executive Officer for Alaska Dirigibles. He has done Printing/Bindery/Photo Static Engraving/Die Cutting for Goldern State Paper Products, Aviation Manufacturing for Mercury Aerospace Fasteners and Lockheed, and landscaping for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
