Winfred Dukes is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 154. Dukes has represented the district, previously the 150th District, since 1997.

He is the President and CEO of Dukes, Edwards and Dukes, Incorporated, and has also been a contractor and realtor.

Dukes is a member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, Albany-Dougherty Chapter of the NAACP, Home Builders Association of Albany and Southwest Georgia, Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, NAACP, and the South Georgia Minority Contractors' Association.[1]

Dukes ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 154. Dukes ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on July 31, 2012. He was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]

Dukes ran for re-election to the 150th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary. Dukes defeated Karen Kemp (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
