The Wisconsin Aeronautical Program Funding Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the April 3, 1945 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

This amendment modified Article VIII, Section 10 of the Wisconsin Constitution to authorize state funds for airports and aeronautical programs.[1]

Text of measure

The language that appeared on the ballot:

"Shall section 10, of article VIII, of the constitution be amended so as that the state may appropriate money for the development, improvement and construction of airports or other aeronautical projects?"[2]
