The Wisconsin Port Improvement Funding Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the April 5, 1960 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

  • This amendment modified Article VIII, Section 10 of the Wisconsin Constitution to allow the legislature to provide funds for port facility improvement.[1]
