The Wisconsin Port Improvement Funding Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the April 5, 1960 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

This amendment modified Article VIII, Section 10 of the Wisconsin Constitution to allow the legislature to provide funds for port facility improvement.[1]
