The Wisconsin Public Utility Financing Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 8, 1932 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

  • This amendment amended Article XI, Section 3 of the constitution to allow municipalities to finance public utilities by mortgage or debt.[1]
