The Wisconsin State Control and Funding of Vocational Education Question was a Wisconsin referendum / legislatively-referred state statute on the April 1, 1969 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

This referendum sought the people's opinion as to whether the state should issue bonds to help buy and develop land for recreational purposes.[1]

"Do you favor a program subject to biennial legislative review which would expand the state acquisition and development of land for recreational purposes through the issuance of bonds?"[1]
