The Wisconsin Teacher Tenure Law Repeal Referendum was a Wisconsin referendum / advisory question on the April 2, 1940 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

This amendment sought the people's opinion on whether to repeal a Wisconsin Statute known as the teacher tenure law.[1]


The teacher tenure law was repealed by the State Legislature.[2]
