The Wisconsin Voting Eligibility Question was a legislatively-referred state statute on the November 2, 1954 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.

  • This question sought Wisconsin voter approval to institute a law regarding allowing new residents to vote for president and vice president.[1]

"Shall Chapter 76 of the lawes of 1953, entitled 'An act extending the right to vote for presidential and vice presidential electors to persons who have resided in the state for less one year' be adopted?"[2]
