A Wisner Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the township of Wisner, which is in Tuscola County.

This measure sought to renew the current road levy which is set at a rate of $2 per $1,000 of assessed value for a further four years in order to continue to pay for road improvement and maintenance costs in the township. It was approved.

The question on the ballot:

Shall the previously voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution on general ad valorem taxes within Wisner Township be renewed at 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) for the period of 2013 through 2016 inclusive for road improvements and maintenance, and shall the township levy such renewal in millage for said purpose, thereby raising in the first year an estimated $46,761.36?[1][2]
