LR Amendment A State legislature Allows the legislature to reapportion its membership at the first session after all the census data is available. Passed
LR Amendment B Initiative rights Would change the minimum requirement for petition signatures for initiative and referendums. Currently the petition must be signed by at least 15% of the qualified voters in the state, with that number based on those who voted in the last general election. Passed
LR Amendment C State budget Funds paid into the workers' compensation fund may only be expended as provided in the Workers' Compensation Act and for debt service and for workplace safety as provided by law. Passed
