Three statewide ballot measures were on the 1998 ballot in Wyoming.

|| Allows the legislature to reapportion its membership at the first session after all the census data is available.

|| Would change the minimum requirement for petition signatures for initiative and referendums. Currently the petition must be signed by at least 15% of the qualified voters in the state, with that number based on those who voted in the last general election.

|| State budget
|| Funds paid into the workers' compensation fund may only be expended as provided in the Workers' Compensation Act and for debt service and for workplace safety as provided by law.
