A Ypsilanti City Marijuana Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Washtenaw County, which is in Michigan.

If approved, this proposal amends the Ypsilanti City Charter to make the use or consumption of 1 ounce or less of Marijuana the lowest priority of law enforcement.[1]

Shall the Ypsilanti City Charter be amended such that the use and/or consumption of one ounce or less of usable marijuana by adults 21 years or older is the lowest priority of law enforcement personnel?[1][2]
