A Zephyrhills City Council Term Limits Amendment proposition, Proposition 1, was approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Pasco County, which is in Florida.

This measure amended the Zephyrhills City Charter to establish three year terms of office for City Council members.[1]

SHALL SECTION 21.05OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, BE AMENDED AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1 OFORDINANCE NO. 1193-13 OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, TO PROVIDE FOR THREE YEAR TERMS OF OFFICE FOR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS?[1][2]
