Arkansas: The state court system in Arkansas includes 260 judges; 42 of them (or 16%) are women, according to an analysis conducted by Forster-Long, LLC and published by the National Association of Women Judges.[1]

The 16% representation of women on the Arkansas state bench is significantly less than the national average, where women make up 26% of state court judges.[1]
