Campaign website

Louderback's campaign website stated the following:

My Platform

Border Security

While serving on the National Sheriffs’ Association Immigration Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee, I have witnessed the effects of allowing illegal immigrants and drug cartels to profit off of the lax border security laws this administration has put in place. We need leadership that is willing to stand with law enforcement and fight to protect the rule of law in this country. When elected, I will fight to secure our border and work to save the communities overrun by crime as a result of lax border security policies.

Veterans and Law Enforcement

As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and 5 term Sheriff for Jackson County, I have witnessed firsthand the way our veterans and law enforcement officials, past and present, have been treated by those elected to serve them. As your next Congressman, I will be relentless in providing those that served the care and treatment they deserve and protecting our Law Enforcement from Biden’s radical anti-police policies.

2nd Amendment Rights

As a 35-year law enforcement officer and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I will always fight to secure our constitutionally guaranteed right to bear arms.

Human Trafficking

During my time working with groups and organizations that deal with human trafficking victims and their families, I have witnessed first hand the horrors that result from this awful practice. We need leadership in Washington that will fight for the families and victims of human trafficking.

Pro-Life Values

As a lifelong Conservative, I pledge to stand up to the extreme-left and fight for the rights of our unborn. We need leaders in Washington who bring our community's values to Congress, not stand by as the most innocent have their rights ripped away.

Costly Mandates & Bloated Budgets

I am a fiscal-conservative through and through. I know the importance of ensuring our tax-payer dollars are well-spent. With Congress recently passing the largest budget in history, I will stand up and make sure our hard-earned tax dollars are not squandered by this administration.

Ports and Transportation.

It’s no secret, America has become dependent on other countries for goods and services we have the ability to produce here. And, as we work to transition from an energy dependent nation to one of energy dominance, we need leadership in Washington that will protect and expand our ports to solidify America as an independent country and bring good-paying jobs to Texas’ 27th Congressional District.

Oil & Gas

In order to have safe, reliable energy in this country, it is vital we have representation that will protect our oil and gas industry.

Healthcare

Over-regulation has caused Medicare premiums to skyrocket; reducing the red tape will reduce the out-of-pocket costs for our elderly.[2]

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Texas

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.

Click here for an overview of legislative scorecards in all 50 states. To contribute to the list of Texas scorecards, email suggestions to editor@ballotpedia.org.
