A. Gregory Poole
A. Gregory "Greg" Poole was a superior court judge of the Cobb County Judicial Circuit in Georgia. He was elected in July of 2012, effective the following January 1, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Dorothy A. Robinson. His last term expired in 2016.[1]
Education
Poole received his undergraduate degree in history from Presbyterian College in 1982 and his J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 1985.[1]

2012 election
Poole ran against Van Pearlberg and Roland R. Castellanos in the July 31 election and was successful, receiving 51.3 percent of the vote.[2][3] The candidates were competing to fill the vacancy created by Dorothy A. Robinson's retirement.
