I have lived in Tulsa for over 30 years . I was lucky enough to play football for one of the greatest coaches of all time : Allan Trimble .Who taught the value me hard work , never giving up on your friends and always have faith in what you’re doing . Since becoming an adult I have worked many jobs across the city from retailers to restauranteurs finally establishing my career as a loan specialist over the last 9 years continuing to serve the citizens of Tulsa through excellent customer service and financial advice . I have have a never ending passion for people and a diehard work ethic that will not let me quit until every body’s right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness is not only upheld but enhanced for the future !
  • Your rights are fully protected by the Constitution
  • Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is paramount
  • Transparency is vital : We need be able to see every red cent before it’s spent !
I am passionate about the city smart plan that has already started being implemented by the city council and has been since 2016 with little or no oversight from the councilors and little or no knowledge and or acknowledgment by the city councilors . The city smart plan will rip and has already ripped tax dollars from the citizens of Tulsa’s pockets to implement electronic vehicle charging stations in the city even though most people drive gas powered cars , they have begun implementing smart technology with cameras for spying on the city and have plans to carve out autonomous zones for only metro transports barring many citizens from being able to travel freely in their cars . We must stop this gross overreach of government and technology working together to control the citizens .

2016

Bisogno's campaign website listed the following themes for 2016:

CALL TO ACTION

Availability to one's district representative provides opportunity for knowledge, awareness, and change. With an open door policy and centralized information center, District 2 will have the resources necessary to be heard. Technology is an imperative resource that facilitates growth and development. With a web address independent from the city government interface, citizens of District 2 will have a virtual opportunity to proactively integrate ideas, gain awareness on community events, and efficiently access their representative. Website development will also assist with the organization of town hall meetings and educational opportunities while engaging the community in valuable discussion via forums and an opinion box. Technological integration and personal availability will streamline the concerns of the community and provide an organized approach to change.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Road maintenance and construction has been a consistent frustration for Tulsans. The problem lies in the recognition of hazards, prioritization of repairs, timely accountability, and open communication regarding project productivity. Significant attention by your representative is needed to address these concerns. Centralizing information through a public domain, specifically online, will allow for digital uploads and create a hiearchy of road related improvements. [6]
