An Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District bond election, Measure V was on the February 5, 2008 ballot in Los Angeles County, California, for voters in the Acton-Aqua Dulce Unified School District, where it was defeated.
If Measure V had been approved, it would have authorized the school district to borrow $46.2 million.
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.
Following the defeat of Measure V, the board of the Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District placed Measure CF on the November 4, 2008 ballot. Measure CF, a scaled-down borrowing request of just $13 million versus the $46.2 million request of Measure V, was narrowly approved.

| MEASURE V: "To acquire, construct and improve school facilities, shall the Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District be authorized to replace high school portable facilities with permanent classrooms, construct additional classrooms, science labs, library, and support facilities, to qualify for approximately $15,000,000 in State matching and joint-use funds by issuing up to $46,200,000 in bonds at interest rates within legal limits, with annual audits, a citizens’ oversight committee, and no money for salaries?"[1] |
