An Adair County Local Use Tax question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Adair County, which is in Missouri, where it was approved.
This question authorized a use tax that would provide revenue to replace the revenue lost when the Missouri Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional a sales tax on cars purchased out of state and brought into Adair County.[1]
