I have served on Lyman Town Council since 2021. An Upstate native, I graduated from Riverside High School with honors, won two state baseball championships, and was nominated to the United States Military Academy West Point by then-U.S. Senator Jim DeMint. I also was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles out of high school.

Ultimately deciding to pursue traditional college, I attended Spartanburg Methodist College and graduated from the University of South Carolina on a full baseball scholarship. In 2009, I transitioned into law enforcement and graduated from the Police Academy. Until 2013, I served as a Sheriff's Deputy in Spartanburg County. I am a co-founder of a local security franchise, Signal of Spartanburg / Greenville / Asheville.

Me and my lovely wife, Ashley, are the proud parents of five girls. We are active members of Lyman Wesleyan Church, and I regularly volunteer at Middle Tyger Community Center and Byrnes High School.
  • Spartanburg County needs common sense, results-driven leaders in the State House. Like many Republicans, I have grown tired of the embarrassing politicians who focus more on headlines than on hard work. If elected, I will put Spartanburg County first.
  • Promoting conservative family values and ensuring safety for these families.
  • Fully fund law enforcement to give them ample resources and cutting-edge training as well to make sure our state takes care of our brave law enforcement officers: cut unnecessary government spending and allocate those funds to go back to our law enforcement and first responders
End wasteful government spending and return hard-earned money to your pockets! Support school choice and stand with educators, parents, and students.
Advocate for more workforce training programs. Always defend the right to life: ensure South Carolina is never an abortion destination state, make adoption services and contraception more affordable and widely available.
COMMONSENSE. Being an effective legislator and getting bills passed for your constituents is absolutely pivotal. We are lacking in that area
A current council member In our district as well as a former deputy sheriff with skills that make me an effective people person. Relationships make and break you
Protecting its citizens! Your legislator must agree with raises for law enforcement, teachers and first responders, which is not the case as we stand.
My children to understand that their father was devoted to making sure their future was better than I had.
Infrastructure and bring jobs to hard working spartanburgers
Relationships make everything! If you are not a relationship building legislator, you can do nothing for your district
I speak with people daily, especially teachers and law enforcement. They are deeply concerned about a NO vote on raises for these essentials employees in our district. That will change
Eliminating the income tax and building my constituents pockets with well earned money

Fight for Spartanburg County’s fair share of state funds for existing roads and infrastructure improvements.
