Falk ran for re-election for an at-large seat of the Alhambra Elementary School District in Arizona. Falk won in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Three of the five seats on the Alhambra Elementary School District school board were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. Incumbent Adam Lopez Falk filed for re-election and faced three challengers: Jason Hammond, Garthanne Ocampo, and Tanairi Ochoa-Martinez. Falk won another term on the board and was joined in his victory by Ochoa-Martinez and Ocampo. There was no primary.[1][2]
