My name is Adam Perez, and I’m a police detective, School Board Member, combat veteran, and longtime community leader.

In the State Assembly, I’ll work to: -Fight inflation and slow the rising costs of gas, groceries, and rent. -Prevent tax and fee increases that families can’t afford. -Make neighborhoods safer and ensure fast 911 response times. -Improve schools and make college more affordable. -Reduce homelessness with a focus on mental health and housing. -Protect our environment, ensure cleaner air, and build more parks. -Encourage innovation to help businesses grow and create jobs.

Having faced housing insecurity after my military service, I understand the struggles too many Californians face. That’s why addressing inflation and rising costs will be my top priority. As a local School Board Member, I have expanded classroom technology and implemented a career pathways program. As a police detective, I’ve worked to make communities safer.

I’m proud to have been endorsed by local firefighters, police officers, community leaders, and small business owners. I’m also supported by elected leaders throughout Bloomington, Colton, Fontana, Loma Linda, Rancho Cucamonga, and Redlands. I hope to earn your vote.
  • addressing the rising costs of living
  • reducing homelessness and building housing
  • fully funding our system of public education
public school funding and fiscal management
As a combat veteran, School Board Member, and police detective, I have always put service over self and fought for my communities at every step of my career. I have the experience of leading during difficult situations and have brought together different groups to find common solutions. I believe this makes me uniquely qualified to serve the residents of San Bernardino County, and if elected, I’d bring a much needed voice to Sacramento.
I believe our state currently faces a number of challenges, but the most pressing would be rising costs of living, and housing affordability and availability. These are issues that affect every Californian in every district and it’s critical that Sacramento takes urgent action. That’s why if I’m elected to the Assembly, I’ll help working families tackle the rising costs of gas, groceries, and rent, and work to cut the red tape that’s preventing us from building more housing units at every affordability level.
