Adam Warren (Florida)
Adam Warren was a 2014 candidate for the Seventh Circuit Court in Florida.[1] He previously ran for election to the Volusia County Court in 2012.[2]

Warren ran for election to the Seventh Circuit Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 28.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Kathy Weston and Steven N. DeLaroche.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 46.1 percent of the vote. He competed against Kathy Weston.

2012
Warren ran for election to the Volusia County Court. He was defeated by Christopher Kelly in the general election on Nov. 6, 2012, receiving 36.6 percent of the vote. He previously received 25.1 percent of the vote in the five-way primary election on August 14, 2012.[5][6][2][7]

Education
Warren received his B.A. (psychology) and J.D. degrees from Stetson University.[8][9]
Career
Warren began his career as an assistant state attorney in Florida's 7th Judicial Circuit. In that position, he prosecuted juvenile cases, misdemeanors and felonies. He was also a prosecutor for the St. Johns County Adult Drug Court Treatment Program. He worked assistant state attorney until March 2012, when he resigned to run for a Volusia County Court judgeship. He then clerked for Judge Wendy W. Berger, of the state's Fifth District Court of Appeal, from November 2012 to February 2014 and continued to practice criminal and civil law.[8][9][10]
