Adams County Senior & Disabilities Levy Renewals, 2 (November 2011)

Two Adams County Senior & Disabilities Levy Renewal measure were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in Adams County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current Senior levy which is set at a rate of .5 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for senior citizen services offered in the county.

  • YES 4,568 (56.91%)Approveda
  • NO 3,459 (43.09%)

The second measure sought to renew the current Disabilities levy which is set at a rate of .8 mills for a further ten years in order to continue to pay for programs and services offered for those with developmental disabilities in the county.[1]

  • YES 4,328 (53.77%)Approveda
  • NO 3,721 (46.23%)[2]
