Biography
Addison McDowell was born in Whiteville, North Carolina in 1994. McDowell earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. His career experience includes working for Congressman (now US Senator) Ted Budd as a constituent liaison, and as a lobbyist for Blue Cross Blue Shield.[1][2][3][4]
