Administrative Office of the United States Courts
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts provides administrative support to the federal judiciary. It was created with the Administrative Office Act of 1939. The agency refers to itself as "the AO."[1]
Overview of responsibilities
The Administrative Office is tasked with many responsibilities for the federal judicial branch. It handles administrative, legal, financial, management, program, and information technology services. The office also acts as a liaison between the judiciary and United States Congress.[1]
According to its own description,

Annual reports
Every year, the Director of the Administrative Office provides a report that outlines the federal judiciary's budget, legislation related to the judicial branch, and administrative practices. The most recent report on the judiciary can be found here.
