Administrative judge plans to retire

Seguin, Texas: Presiding Judge B.B. Schraub has announced his plans to retire from the Texas Third Administrative Judicial Region once a successor is appointed. Judge Schraub served on the 25th District Court until 1991. He then began serving in his current position as the presiding judge of one of the nine administrative judicial regions in Texas.[1]
