Note: The New Hampshire General Court on October 10 voted to override Governor Chris Sununu's (R) veto of a public participation law. The law requires agencies to compile reports describing how suggestions from public comments were incorporated into final rules or to "provide a detailed explanation that includes the facts, data, interpretations, and policy choices that justify why the adopting agency did not amend the rules." This bill was not included in the Administrative State 2024 Legislation Report.[1]
