Adrian Remsberg is a judge for the Orphans Court of Frederick County in Frederick County, Maryland.[1] He was elected to the court on November 2, 2010, and assumed office on December 13, 2010.[2] Remsberg ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Frederick County in 2014, winning a new term ending on December 31, 2018.[3][4][5]

Remsberg ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Frederick County.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 26.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Jimmy W. Trout, Buzz Working, and incumbent Judge Cleopatra Campbell. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats. 
General: He faced James Edward French, Bonnie L. Nicholson, Janis Judson, Jimmy W. Trout, and incumbent Judge Cleopatra Campbell in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 19.8 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for three open seats. [4][6] 

2010

Remsberg was elected to the Orphans Court of Frederick County in the general election on November 2, 2010, (along with Cleopatra Campbell and Mike Cady) with 18.9 percent of the vote.[3]

Military service

Remsberg spent 21 years in the U.S. Navy, from 1957 through 1978.[7]

Education

Remsberg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.[2]

Career

At the time of his election to the court, Remsberg was the corporate secretary for Mattern Construction Company and a general partner in the company Locvale Hollow Limited Partnership.[7]
