Adrian Wallace ran for election for Mayor of Lexington in Kentucky. He lost in the primary on May 17, 2022.

Biography

Adrian Wallace lives in Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from Bob Jones High School in 2004. Wallace served in the Kentucky Army National Guard from 2005 to 2012. He earned a bachelor's degree in pre-law studies from Kentucky State University in 2008. Wallace’s career experience includes working as the president of The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He is the founder and CEO of the Bishop and Chase Foundation in Lexington, Kentucky, which describes its goal as, “to bring community and economic development to the most under-resourced neighborhoods within our community.”[1] Wallace was appointed to serve on the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Homelessness Prevention and Intervention Board.[2]
