I graduated LSU as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. before attending law school at Southern University.

I have been a practicing attorney for nearly five years and am an Associate with Fulton Strahan Law Group, PLLC.

I reside with my husband, Jeff, an engineer, and have joined my family in calling Houston home for nearly two decades.

We are active in our church and enjoy helping others.
  • I am the only Republican candidate with a law degree in this race.
  • I am the only Republican candidate that is a licensed attorney who has legal experience.
  • I am the only Republican candidate with an action plan to MAKE JP 5-1 EFFECTIVE AGAIN!
From the first day I set foot into court as an attorney, I witnessed the ineffectiveness of this court. I observed people waiting in line from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM on average due to the length of the docket, the untimeliness of the judge, and the disorganization of the court. I will act by staggering the dockets, make the courts more userfriendly for the 21st century, save taxpayer dollars, and always follow and uphold the law as it is written.
The jurisdictional limit of the court is being expanded to $20,000. It is crucial that we have a judge who understands the law and who will never legislate from the bench.
