Ahmad Hassan (Democratic Party) (also known as Robert) ran for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Texas. He lost in the Democratic primary on March 3, 2026.

Biography

Ahmad Hassan emigrated from Egypt in 1984. Hassan earned a bachelor's degree from Friends University in 1989 and a law degree from the Presidents College School of Law in 2001. His professional experience includes working as a businessman and real estate and mortgage broker and owning Alexandria Realty and Mortgage. Hassan also has experience as a negotiator and mediator, as well as a professional soccer player, coach, referee, and owner/operator of a professional soccer team. He owned and operated several wholesale and retail operations.[1][2][3][4]
