Akron City Local Liquor Option Questions, 5 (November 2012)

Five Akron City Local Liquor Option questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Summit County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.
If approved, the first question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages by Ray's Pub and Patio.
If approved, the second question permits the sale of beer and wine and mixed beverages by the same Copley Mini Mart, Inc., operating a carry out/grocery store on Copley Road, Akron, Ohio.
If approved, the third question permits the Sunday sale of beer by the same Copley Mini Mart, Inc.
If approved, the fourth question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Cocktails bar operating on S. Main Street, Akron, Ohio.
If approved, the fifth question permits the Sunday sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by County Market Drive Up Window liquor store operating on E South Street, Akron, Ohio.[1]
