Al Scoggins
Al Scoggins was a justice on the Texas Tenth District Court of Appeals. He was elected in 2010 for a term beginning in 2011. He was re-elected in 2016.[1] Scoggins retired in January 2019.[2]
Education
Scoggins received his B.B.A. in accounting from Baylor University in 1977 and his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 1979.[3]
