The Alabama Absentee Voting, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 9, 1969, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that those serving in the military and employed oversees who are Alabama residents would voted by mail.[1]
