The Alabama Agricultural and Veterninary Facilities Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 3, 1998, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed a bond issue of $52 million to support agriculture, forestry and veterninary medicine in the state by improving educational and research opportunities and upgrading facilities.[1]
