The Alabama Autauga County Probate Judge Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure proposed that the probate judge of Autauga County be placed on a salary and that all fees and commissions collected for the judge should be placed in the general fund of the county.[1][2]
