The Alabama Baldwin County Ad Valorem Tax Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure stated that upon approval, all ad valorem taxes collected in Baldwin County at any time prior to the approval of the amendment are considered "ratified, validated and confirmed."[1][2]
