The Alabama Baldwin County Courts Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Alabama on March 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This measure proposed that the costs and charges of the courts in Baldwin County would be regulated by the legislature.[1]
