The Alabama Baldwin County Firefighting Districts Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on September 13, 1977, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that in Baldwin County, the approval of the voters must be sought before establishing a firefighting district.[1]
