The Alabama Bibb County Public Officials Retirement System Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the November 3, 1998, election ballot in Alabama as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed that certain officials of Bibb County would be permitted to participate in the state employees' retirement system.[1]
