The Alabama Biennial Legislative Sessions, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 3, 1908, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: Section 48. The amendment proposed that the legislature meet biennially on second Tuesday in January following their election and shall remain in session for not more than 50 days.[1]
