The Alabama Blount County Firefighting Districts Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to authorize the collection of mandatory dues to support the establishment of firefighting and emergency medical districts in Blount County.[1][2]
